Our history, business, procedures & ethics

Liquid Energy Flow South Africa (Pty) Ltd (LEF) is a fuel (light oil and diesel) distribution and shipping company. We are continually expanding our base worldwide and partnering with the right people on a daily basis. Our motto "people dealing with people" stands us in good stead.

We trade in oil and petroleum products from our various offices in Dublin, Houston, Cape Town and Vigo (Spain). We can tailor different packages for clients, as we are flexible and driven. We can offer quality products in the right quantity to the right client and achieve this daily.

We have the correct channels worldwide to offer our clients the right product at the right price with the right solution. Our channels stretch from Russia to Africa and America. Our pricing is aggressive, and our service is excellent.

Our modus operandi is to operate as physical traders by chartering and operating our own vessels. We control the supply chain, giving us an edge in the market. Our oil and Petroleum sources are mostly from production companies, oil majors and national oil companies. We have forged links with some of the largest players in the world, which gives us an advantage in the market regarding price and quality.

We use in-house technical expertise giving us the ability to respond to the ever-changing fuel and energy in the micro and macro environment for non-standard oil opportunities.

Our history

Liquid Energy Flow South Africa (Pty) Ltd (LEF) was set up one year ago by a group of seasoned and experienced business professionals. Together we have over 200 years’ experience in the corporate business world, commercial banking, electronics, trading and in the shipping industry. Within our own worldwide network, we have managed to successfully conclude agreements with renowned traders and refineries. We are actively expanding our product range and supply-chain model on a weekly basis.

Business

We at Liquid Energy Flow South Africa (Pty) Ltd (LEF) offer most petroleum products such as diesel oil, fuel oil, JP54 & Al jet fuel to our business partners across the globe. This is a large Market, so we at LEF try to fulfil the requirements of our clients by using our extensive experience in the trading world.

Procedures

All communications will be in the form of legal documents. We will begin to work with your company when we receive your first documents. Once we have read and approved your KYC, we will then respond as procedures require. This allows all correspondence to be well documented at every stage of the inquiry process. This process will follow the International Procedures in strict accordance with the requirements of each transaction.

We will not submit to demands of: "POP first and then we will issue ICPO". We understand that this is an empty deal as the Proof of Product documents will only be issued to the name of the Buyer's company, reflecting the required product and volumes as requested.
